I loved Flaun Cline's (of I Plead Quilty ) White Wedding quilt so much that I made a wedding card version of it. If you're a quilter, you will recognize the design as a portion of a double wedding ring pattern.

Cut out square card front, two rainbow bases, and rainbow wedges. Notice that the bases and wedges for the two rainbows are slightly different.
Cut more rainbow wedges than you need and try different combinations to find what you like best. You will need at least 12 for the longer curve (blue/green) and 11 for the shorter one (red/orange).

Adhere wedges to the corresponding base, filling the base completely. Trim the two end wedges as needed to fit the base.
Arrange rainbows so they appear to be interlocking. On the sample, you can see that the warm color rainbow is under the cool colored rainbow on at the bottom right , and over it at the top left.
Adhere rainbows to card front, matching edges.
