I made three of these cards for my senior citizen volunteers at my "real" job as a school librarian. On the inside I included a picture of the classes the ladies helped with.
The design is by Heather at crafty sahm i am.
I pretty much followed her instructions, except I cut my card from 8.5" x 11" paper, using the entire sheet.
How to make a zig zag fold card
With the paper in landscape position, measure up on the left vertical side 3" and make a pencil mark, and on the right vertical side 5.5". Cut across and you get two of the same card shape.
Zig-zag fold into thirds.
Download heart file PDF or SVG
Cut assorted hearts from several different papers.
Glue large hearts back-to-back along top edge, avoiding folds. Fill in with medium and small hearts.
Download "Thank you!" words and frame, PDF or SVG, if desired. Cut. Glue words to frame and glue to front of card.
