This is a card that POPS all right, but not the way I usually make them!
I followed the instructions, more or less, from Jordan Ferney at Oh Happy Day. At first I thought I was up a creek, because I couldn't get the store-bought popper to come apart. The turny part at the bottom will come off, you just have to work at it. What worked best for me was to hold the bottom away from me, and while grasping the top tube firmly I popped the bottom off with my thumbs--as if I were prying off a bottle cap.
